Can't log onto AP site

We just got Annual Passes in October during our last trip. I am trying to figure out how to log onto the site to check prices for our next trip. I can't figure out where the numbers are located on the pass that go into the last box on the pretend card. Maybe I need to just call, but who do I call?

Hi, My last 3 numbers are located right after the date but there is a space before these numbers. So you have 3 letters,then 3 numbers,your date,(example) 01/07/09 (space) last three numbers. Hope this helps?? If not you can call and tell them you are a passholder and you are having trouble logging on to the AP site. Joan

The last 3 numbers are the sequential customer ticket printed at that particular booth that day. So, 035 would be the 35th ticket printed.

I bought mine in Oct also, my last number is 8, I don't have 3 numbers. Just enter the numbers as they are on the ticket. I have 3 letters, 3 numbers, the date then a number. So I must have been ticket number 8. I had to play around with it to get it to work.

I am having the same problem! I have logged on in the past but tonight have been unable to do so. A call to member services is in order for the AM

I also tried and failed, with both mine and DW's cards. Perhaps it's down?

I was just on the website with no problems. Remember to use the date you purchased your ticket, not the expiration date (09 not 10)

I think I'll have to call. My card doesn't have what you all are saying. I have three letters, three numbers, the date, four letters, two numbers, three letters, two numbers and then the expiration date.

Ooh, ooh! I got it to work! I had to put my own ZERO in front of the last two numbers. My ticket number was only showing two digits. How silly!

That's great. Eventually you'll be like me and have your number memorized so I can enter the passholder site anywhere.

Not only was I finally able to get on the passholder site, but I also just booked a great rate for our stay in May.
