Can't log into DVC website

I cannot log into the DVC website. It keeps asking me for information that I got when we purchased (in 2004). I think there is something going wrong with my computer or logged into some other Disney account. Any advice as to how to correct this? Difficult to call member services during the day. I know I'll get some great advice (I already deleted cookies from my browser - Firefox). Thanks in advance.
 
I'd clear your history too. If it doesn't work you'll have to call MS and talk to IT.
 
Try logging into another Disney site with your DVC ID & password - and then logging out.

If that doesn't work and you've already tried more than one browser and cleared out your cookies and cache, you'll have to call MS. You can call on a weekend or try sending an email
