Can't get through to member services

Is anyone else having trouble getting through to Member Services? I tried for two hours yesterday afternoon and got a constant busy signal. Same thing since they opened up this morning.

I've been trying most of lunch hour today and not getting through either.

I have seen quite a few post saying that they have been having trouble getting through.

I have called a few times over the past two weeks and I have always gotten through. Although, I have waited as long as 15 minutes to speak to someone. But other than that I haven't had any problems. I do believe it's the time of the day. I have found mid afternoon to be less busy.

Busy all afternoon here as well ... finally got connected and hold time was 15+ minutes ... are they giving something away this week? Too late for Day/Date Thanksgiving, no?

Another one getting busy signal. I'm trying to setup my Magical Express reservations. Being a DVC member and staying at a DVC site this trip, do I NEED to go through Member Services to setup Magical Express?

You can make ME reservations from the DVC member site. Once logged in, from the top menu on the main page, choose Vacation Planning->Disney's Magical Express. Once on that page, scroll down and click the "Disney's Magical Express Service Reservation Form" link. I've used it before and it works great!

On a completely off topic note. I see you are from Denver. My DW and I have been trying to move out there for awhile (well, sometimes trying, other times just dreaming). How do you like it and do you know of anyone looking for any database managers?

I must have gotten lucky this morning. Called 3 times and got in on the 4th with only about a 3 minute wait. But earlier this month I tried for about 6 hours and finally got in at the end of the day. They need more staff it seems.

I do not mind being on hold for 15 minutes, the problem is getting the busy signal every time, the last two days I have tried for hours, today I was lucky to get through after a few calls.

I got throught, I got through!!! Finally gave up on the 407 number and called the 800 number. Got through on that one with the first try! It says my wait time is 6 minutes...
