Can't get SSR for PBH?

I can't get the Super Savings Rate for anything but HRH for our dates in July. I'm just doing it online, do I need to call? We'd really like to try out PBH. Any ideas?

I think when the hotels are relatively full, there are no great deals available. Certainly no harm in calling though!

Try changing your dates by a day and see what happens, but like Damo said, doesnt hurt to call.

Will you post what they said? And what are your exact dates??

Our dates are July 17-22. I'm a little bit flexible with them. We are going for a work thing July 11-16 and staying at the YC/BC for that and we are driving. We are thinking of extending the stay at YC/BC by one day then going over to Universal. I just read we can pool hop and I was thinking that wouldn't be so bad then.
