Can't get onto VMK =(

I don't know why but I can't get onto the game. I log on and that security thing pops up and then I get a blank screen. The VMK website said I probably have to re-download shockwave, so I did. And I still can't get on. I've tried about 25 times. Can anyone helpp??

Has this ever happened to anypne? I tried refreshing, restarting my computer & using a different browser. This has never happened to me before in the year that I have been playing. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

remove shockwave and flash, clear temp internet files and then reinstall shockwave first, then flash - remove secondary browsers before the reinstall

usually whenever i get this problem its because of shockwave and whenever i update it and it doesn't work, i uninstall it and then reinstall it. idk why it isnt working for ya....
