Can't get Member Accounting

to straighten out my annual dues online.:badpc:
I have called many times to changed it, yet they keep telling me everything is fine.:furious:
Yet this month for my dues to be pulled from my bank account, and it wasn't.
What department (higher Ups) can I call to get this fixed once and for all. I am tried of sending emails and calling and it not getting fixed.:headache:

If your dues are normally pulled on the 15th of the month, there probably isn't anything to worry about. When the date falls on a weekend or a Holiday, most financial institutions pull on the next business day, which would be Tuesday, 2/18 for this month.

For January, IIRC, most everyone's dues were pulled a bit late to give Disney time to adjust the figures to reflect the new amounts for 2014.

Hope that's the case - if not, I have no advice to give. Sorry.

I agree. Ours are set for the 15th and the Feb payment has not yet been debited.
