Cant find pop preferred rooms with current discount offer

We are looking and have been for awhile in May with the save up to $200 deal. We can't find any pop preferred rooms with this discount only standard. Anyone else have any luck? Is there only a small amount of pop preferred releases?

They always limit the number of rooms available with the packages and discounts. It could be that there were never any Preferred included, they have already sold out, or one or more nights of your stay isn't available for the rate.

I would recommend calling Disney. It is much easier for them to search inventory.

Be aware they’ve been removing weekend dates from some discounts and offers.

Not sure if it applies here but seems to be one of the newer strategies they’ve adopted.

We were trying to add a Fri/Sat to an existing DVC trip and both offers for that season had weekend dates blocked. Great discounts on the rest of the week though Ah Disney you sly fox.

It's not just a Disney thing. MANY hotels have increased rates on weekends.

It is a thing for WDW in that discounts and offers used to apply to the weekends and that specifically has changed in 2024.

My advice is to keep looking. We were looking for PO-FQ on Mardi Gras week and saw nothing available on Monday. On Tuesday, I checked back and there were Garden View rooms available (which we booked). Still checking on a River View room.

A couple of other suggestions:

1. You may want to check with a travel agent that will keep looking for that particular. We have used Dreams Unlimited several times with great success. They can sometimes get what you can't.

2. There is another offer for a room only discount covering the same time. It is not as good for us as the package is, but there may be more availability with the room only discount.

They might not be included, or they sold out quickly. Preferred rooms at Pop go quickly thanks to the Skyliner.
