Can't find my Heard you are coming letter

Oh, dear designers, I am a little frustrated. I know I was given a Heard you are Coming letter for Mia, but, for the life of me I can't find it. Will someone PLEASE make me a new one? I would love to have it from either Tink or Snow White.
