Can't find linked reservation, can't make ADRs?

I am at 180 +10 this morning and I can't see past the 180 day marker. I tried to look at my reservation, but it gives me this message "We're sorry. We encountered a problem retrieving one or more of your reservations. Please try again later."

Everything was there last night when I was double checking. Am I going to just have to wait until the phone lines are open?

MDE seems to be down.

Be prepared to get on the phone in 15 minutes. But keep trying MDE as you wait!!!

Exact same thing is happening to me! I called at exactly 7 am and currently on hold. This is the third time this has happened to me, this is insane. Their website should work!

Finally got through on the phone after 30 or so minutes and got everything we wanted. What a pain.

Got through and got all but a lunch beaches and cream. But with the new allocation to walk ups there that didn't surprise me.

I can log in through the web site but not the app. It tells me my password is incorrect.

Even when I try to reset my password from the website it tells me it's wrong...even though I had to log in to get to that menu.

Help support told me they were going through some magical enhancements...and to try back later. Nice euphemism for our IT is terrible.

I've had difficulties today also.
Their IT is awful, and the worst part is that it never gets better.
