Can't find free dining

I always book my Disney packages online and have done it this way for the past 10 trips. Am I missing something because I can't seem to find the new free dining special online. I go to disneyworld.com and look under special offers but can't seem to find it, I notice other people have said they have booked it online so why can't I find it.

When you open disneyworld.com, look down in the lower right hand corner. There is an advertisement that says IT'S FREE! Feast your eyes on this beauty of a deal. Click on that advertisement. Scroll down to the orange button that says Check Availability. Click that. Book your trip.

Are you canadian? it wasn't showing up on the Canadian Web Page, you had to go to the bottom and click international USA settings ......then it would bring you to the US page, it is there
