Can't find cruise history on Castaway Club page

Has anyone had this problem? When I sign into my Disney account and go to the Castaway Club page, it shows that I'm Gold, it shows that I've been on 6 cruises, but nowhere does it show my cruise history. My daughter can sign into hers and see every cruise we've been on. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to refer back to what cruises we've done and what rooms we've been in.

Unfortunately not, I just tried a different device and different browser. Same thing.

I've tried for years (ever since DCL "upgraded" their website) to have my cruise history restored. Thus far, the only answer I've received is "we have no plans to recapture that information"

Have you talked to the IT Help desk? Ours goes back to our first cruise in 2011 and shows all 20.

The ship, the dates, the reservation number and the cabin number as well as the same for upcoming reservations. It is also where you can access your folio after the cruise and download it for up to 90 days.

I just went on to the Disney Cruise Line site and clicked on Castaway Club. I scrolled all the way down and all of my past and future cruise history is listed with ship, dates and stateroom number.

My history is all there as well (and has been for about a year or so, IIRC).

My history is missing, but at least the page knows I've sailed two cruises with DCL! Last year my CC account had lost that information as well!

I checked mine this afternoon before making a payment and it showed my 4 previous cruises and the 2 that I have planned for 2026.

Well, I went ahead and sent yet another email to the Castaway Club asking why my information (beyond just "13 cruises") wasn't there, and this morning I got an email back saying they've fixed it. And, yay, it's all there. I kinda wish they also included the itinerary/name of the cruise, but I can work with it.
