booked for next year one half of booking is on one of our contract the other part on our second contract.
on the second contract we bought extra points recently so 100 points of this is made up with Developer Points the other is with Non-Developer Points (biggest part). I emailed MS because I can find nothing on line re our booking and have received no paperwork just an email with a new booking number.
I got an email back to say they can't and wouldn't be able to find any booking because it was made with developer points but surely our non developer points would allow them to see even that part
It worries me that we have no paperwork /confirmation etc and baring in mind the biggest part of the booking is made u of non developer points how do I find out if everything is ok
