I got an ADR for Tony's at 2:35 pm. Thinking we may get to be out on the patio and watch the parade go by. We are celebrating our 15th anniversary and have that noted on the reservation, so thinking we might have a chance to be out there.

But, now I am questioning whether we will be wanting to sit out in the heat eating pasta in the middle of the afternoon. My gang will be hungry before that, so we will have to eat something between breakfast and that lunch. We might also want to take afternoon break. We don't really care if we see the parade or not, we're happy either way.

Is it really neat to watch the parade from there or should I try to move it up to a more lunch-like hour?

The first and only time we ate at Tony's we got to eat outside. We were there celebrating our 10 year anniversary (kids were with us too), which too was notated. When we got up to the podium, I asked if we could get a table outside and after a few minutes they sat us right infront of the railing looking out towards Town Square. The parade started 5 minutes after we sat down....it was awesome watching the parade while eating our lunch. We had a really great view and got really great pictures too. If you could swing sitting outside for the parade, I would definitely do it. BTW when we did this, it was in March of '09 right in the heart of Springbreak. We are going back for lunch in May (on my DD's B-day) and I am hoping that they will be able to sit us outside again since it is notated on the ressie :goodvibes...that is if they are done refurbing the outside.
