Can't decide ... Oct or Nov??

Here's my dilemma...

We can go the first week of October or the first week of November...

Which would you choose?

We don't like large crowds and I am concerned about Jersey Week, the marathon and F&W festival in November. But we have never been to WDW during Christmas festivities. Are the Christmas festivities "worth" the extra people?

Any thoughts would be great..thanks!!

I would say the first week in November!

I've been there a few times at the end of Oct/Beginning of Nov and the crowds are low! The weather is cooler, the lines are shorter, there are a lot of extra stops to grab a drink/snack at the F&W festival, and you'll get halloween AND christmas decorations!

Hey My family & I are going to Disney (1st trip ever!!!! :O) at the end of october, i noticed you said that the weather was cooler...is it too cool for swiming at that time? I know I would like to get family to one of the waterparks...

I am from Philadelphia and moved to the st Petersburg area 5 years ago (90 mins from Orlando) in my opinion and minimal years experience being a "northerner" living in fl I would advise if you are coming down to go to water parks late sept early oct would be better. May 1-oct 10 is the earliest and latest me and my family find ourselves swimming. Being from somewhere cold we forget that Florida can get chilly (60-50 degrees at night) which means it takes longer day hours for things to heat up! ;-) just my opinion...good luck.
