Cant decide if we should HDDR ......!?

We will be on property for five nights but only going to the parks for four days. The first night is already taken up with Cirque de Soleil. I have ADRS for:

MK - Tonys
Epcot - LeCellier
MGM - 50's Primetime

AK this is my problem ... the day we are going to Animal Kingdom is our last night and we wanted to take advantage of the Extra Evenings hours. I booked HDDR for the 9:30 show because of EMH. I am planning on eating at Bomas for breakfast (OOP) at 9:30 and then getting to AK. Stay till about 2, go back for a swim and then return in the evening.

Is this too much for one day? Should I just cancel HDDR? Am I setting us up for a disappointment because will we be too exhausted to enjoy this? I figured since this is our last night we could stay up later and not need to rush in the morning but....is it too much?

I dont want to take time out of our MK day to go over to Ft. Wilderness even though it is close. I am NOT giving up LeCellier and even to leave MGM and then go back would be a big chunk of time. I was hoping to take an afternoon break every day so to leave a park and come back would waste a lot of time.

We have a car and the kids are 15, 14, 12 and 12.

I just cant decide what to do............

and i say HOOP-DEE-TOTALLY-DO!!! it's a GREAT last night festivity!! go for it!!

my only other thought on the whole scenario is that you may try to stay thru at AK, see the parade and then head back to your resort for a break before HDDR, rather than spend so much time travelling... maybe catch wishes fireworks while on the boat to FtW... although if you're doing your own driving rather than using wdw transport it may be a moot point...

It's going to be a long day and you're going to be tired....but I think HDDR is a GREAT way to spend the last night. My DS's 13 & 14 thought it was one of the best things we did all week!
