I'm trying to change my password for the Members' Only section of the DVC website... but it's not working 
. I run Firefox, not IE (cookies enabled, cache cleared, etc, etc). Here's what I'm doing:
Log on with old password
Got to My DVC, then Edit Profile
Enter and confirm new password
Press Update. When I press Update, the screen sits a few seconds, then returns to the top of the Edit Profile page, with no success or failure messages of any kind.
When I log off and log back in, the old password is still in effect. The Contact Us page is just Member Services, not for the website itself.
HAs anyone successfully changed their password? Maybe I'm just missing something.
