Can't cancel dining reservation?

Hi,
On the morning of my 180 day the MDE website wasn't working for me so I called and spoke with a CM directly who booked some reservations for me. Now that I'm able to access it again, I've made different and some overlapping reservations. When I go in to hit cancel, it says event can't be canceled. Has anyone else had this issue with reservations that were made for them by a CM?

Call them directly ad cancel the reservation. Enjoy your trip.

I ran into this same problem last night, but I didn't book my original reservations through a CM. I booked them myself on the computer. Each time I tried to cancel a reservation and switch it to something else, it wouldn't allow me to because it said I had an existing reservation that conflicted with that time. I just kept playing around with it and eventually I got it to work. I think there's just a glitch in the system.
