Can't book a room. Check out won't work

Ugh. So, trying to book for next year, but for the last hour, it refuses to take my credit card. There is NOTHING wrong with the card.
Anyone else having trouble? I hate calling because it just takes so long......

If you keep having problems, try using a private page on whatever browser you are using. I use Chrome Incognito whenever I need to do anything on Disney’s website, especially booking rooms.

Calling isn’t nearly as painful as it used to be. I got through in under 5 minutes just this week.

I ran into this problem due to the system not recognizing the kids' future ages when booking online. Successfully got the reservation booked when I changed it to the ages they were on our last trip. They weren't aging up to a different price bracket so I figured I could fix it later. Or just call in to make the reservation. Most days there isn't a long wait.
