Can't believe it

I just called MS to try to get reservations for THV Easter week (didn't think possible). Well, didn't get it (waitlisted though), but was able to get a 2br for my dates . I was hoping that since I wanted SSR that there would be a 2br avail if I couldn't get THV, but didn't have my hopes up.

How are the crowds that week anyway? Taking 15 & 4 yo boys & 12 & 2 yo girls. This will be the 4 & 2 yo's third trip down in 3 years (2yo was 5 months her first trip). This will be our 2nd trip home (bought in after spending almost $4000 on previous trip for a 2br villa off property).

Unless you have been Christmas or Easter weeks before, it will be the largest crowd you have ever seen. People talk about how crowded most summer weeks are but the only summer time that comes close (and is not as large) is couple days surrounding either side of July 4 and Easter makes the rest of the summer seem like off-season. A gage: Soarin will have 3 to 4 hour stand-by lines all day except for a little time in the early morning; Test Track 3; Splash Mountain, Safari, Rock n Rollercoaster, 2 1/2 or more.

Thanx. I was afraid of that. Oh well, don't really plan on going on too many rides since my son is terrified of them (even the Nemo ride @ Epcot). Not sure how my daughter will be since I didn't take her to the parks last year (my parents came with us and stayed at the resort with the little ones). I normally wouldn't go during such a high season for points, but there are 3 in school now and boyfriend has his kids for the whole week.
