I've just looked again at my dummy booking and it has a brochure discount of over £3000 but two adult flights are listed as £1884 each in economy class. Seems like Virgin and Disney have gone crazy.

VH and Disney use the same system for their flight inclusive packages. My FI package with Disney is handled by OpenRide. Whenever I have phoned or had email communication with them it is a 50/50 of whether I speak to a VH rep or a 'Disney' one. My vouchers also have reference made to VH on them. I think there is a problem with the system but as you say - crazy!

When I booked mine with Thomas Cook the branch manager said that it looked like an error on their systems, but if I booked they would have to honour it once the deposit had been taken.

That could just be the policy Thomas Cook have though.

we have a 2 bed villa now with my parents and we have to pay 2300 for all 4 of us (two infants ) so 1100 for flights which seems reasonably for 2 adults and two infants at 149 each

You wouldn't lose the £300 though would you? couldn't you do something like JulieSharpe did and use it for something else?

yes i was worried but called and it was fine! been playing with dates and even aug has some kind of discount perhaps not as much but still

i couldnt get the dates you were looking at wouldnt give me the same discount as 19th oct so with cashback and 10% off brings it down to 2900 so cant be bad when disney was charging us 2300 just for hotel and tickets! wouldnt find virgin flights for us 4 for the difference

Well after reading this thread first thing this morning I booked for 2011.

I had already booked the accommodation and tcks with Complete orlando but to loose £250 deposit is nothing compare to the £2K we've saved.

14 Day ultimate ticket
Direct Flights

total £4500 with F/F disc

To get this with Complete Orlando I would have to find direct flights for £314pp which lets face it is not going to happen!

I booked over the phone and the lady kept saying what a good price it was but I tried to act cool

The 1 Bed villa was CHEAPER than the studio so obviously some error uploading the info

After telling my boss he was going to book but 20 mins later my same holiday is now back to £6200 and the studio is now cheaper than the bed villa. The discount is now £100 per night and not the £200 I've been given so the error has been spotted!!

I'm not going to get excited (or cancel Complete Orlando) until I get it in writing. It's showing under "my bookings" as all ok but I still think it's too good to be true.

30th October 2011 - 10th November at SSR one bed villa with free dining and flights.

You will never believe for 2 people (adults) I have paid £2,410 plus ticket total £458.

If I have checked correctly this has now increased to £3455.95 + tix. on Disneyworld.co.uk

Fingers crossed they honour the error for you all.
