Can't add room requests in online checkin?

Hi all, just wondering why I can't add room requests when I do online check in on dvcmember.com?? It has the option, I click it, but once I click it, there is nowhere to enter the requests, it just says "You can add up to two room requests" or something and then a "submit" button. Anyone else have this problem??? Checking in at Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani for Feb. 18.

When available, requests are just items with check boxes.

You should add your room requests by calling the same number you booked your room through if you didn't add them when you originally booked. The online checkin is pretty much just for giving them your expected arrival time and your credit card info.

You need to make requests via member services before you do the online check-in.

I don't even have the checkboxes that I used to have such as Pack N Play in room, etc. It's not really a big deal being that I don't particularly care where my room is, but I had just read that article so I assumed I would have some options on there. Oh well!

Access to room requests for online check in and online booking are still being developed and implemented. Once they get finished you should see the available requests at both locations.

Until then you should make your requests with MS.
