I keep getting that my premier pass in not valid any ideas?
The online registration site would not accept my Premier Passport Annual Pass number either. So I called the Passholder number at (407) 560-7277. It was busy for about 20 minutes, then by some miracle I was connected. I then stayed on hold for 50 minutes until I got an actual person.
He asked me what number I was using, so I read him my number. He put me on hold for about 5 mintues, then came back on and asked me if it was really an annual pass and not a voucher. I told him it was the Premier Passport Annual Pass which I bought in California and is good at both the
Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort.
He said the online registration website does not recognize Premier Passport Annual Passes, and then he put me on hold for another 5 mintues, after which he took my information, asked me what slot I wanted to reserve and told me that I will be getting an e-mail soon.
So I guess Premier Passport Annual Passholders have to call and can't use the online registration website. Oh well, hopefully I get that e-mail, and good luck trying to call, just getting past the busy signal or "all circuits are busy" is very frustrating.
