Hi all,

My best friend and I meet at Disney every year, she called Disney and gave me permission to access/manage her on my friends and family MDE account, so I can include her when I make my fastpass selections every year. She has an annual ticket. I am making my fastpass selections on Friday. I know that if I click me, it will say "a valid ticket is needed" since my tickets are not until 8/9 and my fastpass window has not opened up yet. Last night I tried to make a fastpass selecteion for her (which I have done periodically as she has a yearly pass and it always lets me), the same "you need a valid ticket" message came up. My friend said she never changed access rights on her account for me. I'm wondering why this is happening?

Thanks,
Marina

Does she have a pass with block out dates (silver or midweek particularly)? I have friends who I also make FPP's for and was having the same issue but then realized we just moved into the block out period and they no longer have valid admission during the next 30 days they'd be eligible to book since their pass isn't valid again until mid August.

I believe that with APs you only get a 30 day window, unless you are staying on site. Maybe that is the issue?
