Can't access favorite website

I am hoping someone here is more computer savvy than I am! For the past week or so, I have been unable to access one of my favorite websites. Initially, I got an error message indicating that the site couldn't be accessed. Now I just get a blank screen. I know there isn't a problem with the website because I can access it at work.
I cleared my cache through Internet Explorer. Any other suggestions? I appreciate any help offered. Thanks, Nancy

There could be several reasons why you cannot access the website. I would check your security settings to make sure that your web browser isn't blocking access to the site. Assuming that you are using Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then Internet Options..., and then Security and make sure that the site you are trying to access is not on the list of blocked sites. You can temporarily lower the security of you machine to see if you can access the site, or you can add it to the list of trusted sites.

I saw your title and thought your favorite site was my store's. We took the site down to change web hosts. Ours will be back up tomorrow.

Also, if you have recently made any changes, don't forget to update your firewall to let the site through.
