Cannot wrap my brain around maximizing fp+ and rider swap

We are Me(35) DH(35) DS(11) DS (8) Ds(3). DS 3 literally turns 3 day of arrival. So many of the FP rides for him won't benefit him. How can we maximize FP+ with rider swap. I can't figure it out. Only thing I can think of is using swap on Star Wars with FP+ wirh my middle DS. The oldest DS and my husband will do same with EE utilizing FP+ that will make it so my older sons both get to do double their fave rides and I get to do EE. Obviously DS 3 can't do any of those rides. But we will use his FP+ for another Star Wars- wirh rider swap with me or DH using his MB. Then all 5 of us FP+ dinsey jr show for him.

Does the above sound doable? Any other suggestions for other parks? I'm causing so many ghost FP on our account trying to fig this out!
