Cannot Customize MagicBands, Help!

I was trying to go in and customize our magic bands and it says DELINED over top of all our bands. When I try to hit the customized button it's deactivated! What do I do? I was on a couple of days ago to try to do it, but my iPad wouldn't cooperate. It was just refreshing the page and taking me back to the sign in page. I was able to click the band then to customize but when I tried to pick the color is when it would refresh and take me back to the sign in page. I gave up and went to do it tonight on my computer. What happened and what do I need to do? Thanks

Quite a few reports on the resort board of people not being able to link resort reservations, tickets etc to their MDE the last 2 nights. Either give it a day or two, or call WDW IT to help resolve it.

I had an issue linking my room only reservation yesterday, so I called Disney and they did it over the phone for me. They also offered to customize my magic bands for me over the phone. I didn't do it because my kids weren't home and I didn't want to pick the wrong color for their bands! About an hour after they linked my reservation, it finally showed up in MDE so I could customize the bands myself. I'd recommend calling them and having them do it for you. Good luck!
