Cannot check into kids clubs during movie?

I noticed on some evenings that the different age groups in the kids' clubs are at different showings of the movies. It also notes kids may not check in or out during movies. We were going to try to go to Palos early on St. Maarteen day, but it looks like our two kids age groups do not jive. Can kids only go to the scheduled activity or are the clubs otherwise open?

You can not check kids in or out of movies and shows due to logistics problems--dark theaters--other patrons around to be disturbed by parents looking for kids. There are no activities going on in the clubs when the kids are at scheduled activities, no supervision, etc. I would recommend planning the ressies for a time you could get the kids checked in prior to the movie, etc or after the movie.

There are movies that they go to in the movie theatre and there are movies at night in the club. You can check them in and out during the movies at the club. You cannot check them in or out at the theatre. You have to wait for the group to get back to the club.

On our last cruise, we had Palos reservations for 7 and I realized that night that the kids would be in the Buena Vista theatre at that time (no signing in or out during movie). So I fed DD at Plutos Dog House signed her into oceaneers lab a little early and then went back to cabin to get ready for dinner. TIP: Have child bring jacket for theatre. Would you believe it was the one time I got beeped the whole cruise!! Right when we were opening up our bottle of wine at Palos. MESSAGE on BEEPER: DD WANTS TO BE COLLECTED FROM BUENA VISTA THEATRE. I made my DH stay in Palos and I ran down to the theatre only to find out that she was cold so when they realized I was dining in Palos, one of the counselors offered their jacket for her. I ran back to room got jacket, dropped off at theatre and went back to Palos (hoping my husband didn't drink all my wine while waiting haha). TIP: LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE DINING IN PALOS, I BELIEVE THEY TRY NOT TO BEEP YOU IF THEY CAN HELP IT.
