Cannot add park tickets to my App wallet

I have purchased HHN tickets some time ago and added them to my Universal App wallet and assigned to people in my travel party.
I have now purchased theme park tickets too, but when I try to add them to the app, using the scan ticket option, I get this error:

Oops!
Oops looks like you already linked a ticket to this Travel Party Member. Please link this ticket to a different travel Party Member to continue.

I can print and/or use a ticket screenshot, of course, but I'd feel better to add them to the app.
Any idea how to solve the error?

Had that happen a couple times, used guest services at the hotel and they somehow made it work

I just used the chat function on the app yesterday and they did it for me twice. Took about 5 minutes. Definitely seems to be a glitch they are well versed in.
