Is this something not to miss or just an OK event? Should I make dinner and seating reservations or can I see it for free by just standing nearby? Please give me some information about it....

We've been going for 10 years now, so obviously it is a not miss for us. You don't have to do the package, but the lines for stand by are extremely long and you are not guarateed a seat. If you don't care about actually seeing the speaker, you can hear it anywhere in the vicinity of the American Pavillion.

This year will be my third time....I also enjoy it very much...Dinner packages might be difficult to come by at this late date...we are definately doing a package to make sure we get seats in the theater..
