We booked a BounceBack for Nov 28 - Dec 3 this year.
Is it too soon (or late) to be considering the Candlelight Processional &/or MVMCP?
We've never been during the holidays - have only gone in Spring.
Any info/advice anyone would like to offer?
Thanks!
Gretchen

Not to soon or to late!! In fact if you are interested in the Candlelight Dinner Package now is a good time to start planning. The dates for both should be announced soon. You can search for last years info on both events, just to get a general idea of dates and prices.

We have done both of these events in the past. MVMCP - doesn't require much pre-planning except to decide on which date to chose. Don't miss the parade and the special Holiday Wishes!! They are awesome!

The Candlelight Processional is a little different. If you are going to do the dinner package then you need to decide what restaurant and what time slot. I personally prefer the first show because you don't hear the previous show while you wait in line.
You can do it without the package - it's free - but you need to get in line EARLY!! Like at least an hour if you want a good seat. But it is worth it!

I hope I've helped somewhat. If you have anymore questions...ask away! People on this board are always happy to help!:goodvibes

Thank you so much, kimbac3!
Will start looking at past posts and start planning. I think that's almost the best part!

You should be able to gage based on prior years when the MVMCP tickets will be out. My DH and I have done both it and MNSSHP. It gets really fun later in the evening, when the crowds thin out.

I agree as well - check out the All Ears web site for the candlelight processional. There are usually 3 shows every night and when getting the package, you'll want to schedule dinner about 3 hours before your designated time. Also keep in mind that they have a queue line that you get into, so if you want an up front seat, you'll want to schedule your meal even earlier than that.

My DH and I did the show for the first time last year and it was spectacular. I would highly recommend it. We picked Japan for dinner, because of the proximity to the theater. And even though we weren't in the front of the line, we still got excellent seats.

I would plan now so you'll know exactly what you want, once they open reservations for each.

A CM told me yesterday what the dates for MVMCP were going to be for the dates that we are going to be there (Dec8-14) and she also said that tickets go on sale April 29. Take that with a grain of salt because CM's say A LOT of things. But I don't think she was wrong on the dates of the party since she did say she had just gotten the info sheet that morning!

We are doing basically the same dates as you. We are planning to do the party but really dont know much about the processional. Is it something worth doing in addition to the party or would that be too much.
I am a little confused about the dinner package thing so I would have to go read up on that especially where we are pying for the dining plan so not sure how that works with the plan.

More information on this would be great. Great thread OP :thumbsup2
