Evidently we're going to be at DLR during this year's CP. Can we get tickets? or did I read it is only for annual passholders? Where can I find more information?

My understanding is that the official word is not out yet. However, I have heard tickets will go on sale November 19 online. The cheapest ticket will be $75.00 which includes dinner but not entrance to the park. Call guest services and check for more info.
