Has anyone heard anything yet on when the packages for this will be released? What about the speakers?

Well, I just called and the CM said it will not be until Wednesday. She said it was originally scheduled for tomorrow, but they pushed it back until Wednesday! Will the insanity ever end?

This was confirmed at TouringPlans.com also. They say due to a computer glitch it will be Wednesday. I will still give it a try tomorrow though.

I got the same answer - the 16th. Well, I got that answer from one CM, who was actually helpful. The other CM I spoke with said mid to late August. i said, um, this is mid August. She advised me to just try back. She also hung up on me and wouldn't let me split our party up to get into LC.

I once had a CRO hang up on me when I questioned her about something( I was nice though). I had to call back and wound up getting her another time and she hung up again.......If you remember her disney name you should report her.

I don't remember her name, because quite honestly, I couldn't understand it. I didn't get very upset with her, because I was not going to let it ruin my day. It worked out in the end, because the next CM I got turned out to be very nice and helpful.

I just chalked it up to that lady being at the end of a long shift.

I just called to see if a narrator had been announced for 12/8 (didn't read the updates on this thread first) and she said they should be announced tomorrow.

If the TBD narrators are announced tomorrow, that's great. But it doesn't matter much to me. My wish was to see CP on 12/2, 12/3 and 12/7 with different narrators each night. Looks like that wish will be granted. We're only doing the dinner pkg on 12/2 and 12/7 (via DDP).

I hope Eartha Kitt is one of the TBD narrators. We saw her last year and she was great!

I asked this question on a different thread, but I was wondering if the Candlelight processional is really appropriate for a 2.5 yr old and a 5 yr old. Don't get me wrong, I think it would be beautiful to watch and listen. But given that my DS will be in the park throughout the day, I was wondering if it is something we should wait to see until they were older. Could someone tell me before we plan dinner reservations? Thanks.

My kids, at the time 6, 8 and 10, found it somewhat boring. The two younger ones fell asleep. But on the flipside, this little 'naptime' gave them an opportunity to refresh and we were able to manage a late evening with no foul attitudes.

My kids were 2 and 5 last Dec and did fine despite being in the parks all day. We saw the 6:45 show so it wasn't too late for them. And the show seems to go quickly-- constantly alternating between narration and song. I'd give it a shot.
