Candlelight Processional / Spectacular

Can anyone explain to me what this is. Is it a D23 program only or is it open to anyone? Does it occur on only 1 night or is it a multi-day event? How are crowd levels affected by this?

Well, up until last year it was a special tickted event that was open to the public. They sold dinner packages which included a meal at one of the DLR hotel restaurants, and then guaranteed a seat that the Candlelight Processional. There are two showings on both Saturday and Sunday.

However, last year they changed things and made the packages only available to D23 members.

I'm not certain how Disney will handle the CP this year.

Generally, Main Street USA gets very very crowded during these afternoon and evening events, but if you avoid the area where they are doing the show, it's not too bad. DCA is always a good option to escape for a few hours while the shows are going on.
