Candlelight Processional--Kids Menu Question

We have reservations for Tutto Italia with the Candelight Processional package. My 10 year old and 13 year old will want to order something off the kids menu. We know we will pay the full package price for their meal, but can they order off the kids menu even though they are older than 9 since we are paying full price anyway? Thank you!
