I was lucky and got in and on hold seconds after 6am CST. After holding for 20 minutes, I got Le Cellier for the 6:45 show on December 6th!

PS. I copied down the Le Cellier price wrong. Once I put $66.02 and the other time $60.02. Does anyone know which is correct?

I got Chefs de France and was told it was $66.01 (tier 3)

Thank god for DVC member services, after trying since 7am with no luck, called at 9am, got right in and now I'm booked! 12/10 5pm show with lunch at Tutto Italia

After 30 minutes of busy, busy, got through. Now on hold, been on hold for 10 minutes, says wait time is more than 30 minutes. Let's keep chatting so we can waste the time. I am curious for those who got through how much "chit-chat" the CM tried to have with you. I almost started to freak when mine started chatting, but I went with it. With the kind of call volume they have to handle - they obviously know how to multitask. I am glad I was calm and didn't try to rush her through the process because it all worked out.

I am curious though, how many others experienced a friendly CM - but were a bit worried about the extra chatting?

Not the usual chit chat at all...but she asked me what she could help me with and I said I wanted to book a Candlelight Dining Package at Teppan Edo on Dec. 1 for the 6:45 show...and she looked it right up. They are so busy right now I wouldn't think they'd want to chit chat (although I normally love the chit chat! It is soooo Disney!) She was very friendly, very courteous, and asked me if she could make any other dining reservations for me. I said "No, thanks, this was the last one!" And she laughed...I think she has heard that a lot today! And...I was so excited to get in I never thought to ask about narrators!

It's lunch. I think the times are between 1:45pm and 2:45 pm.

2 hours of trying to get through ...finally on hold!! Can someone give an update on the narrators while I'm waiting? Would love to know who it is from Nov 29 - Dec 3

Still TBD for those dates.

I just want to send encouragement to anyone still trying and getting a busy signal.
I just spent 1 HOUR AND 55 MINUTES dialling and getting a busy signal and FINALLY got through! Never been so happy just to be on hold!
Anyway, it is worth it to keep dialling - you eventually get through

Forgot all about this option. Just got off the phone and did get my first choice, but it was 2 hours and 5 minutes of phone time and it could have been so much easier. Oh well.

I phoned DVC member services at 9 and was the first person. I got 5:15 ressies at Le Cellier for the 8:15 show. I was shocked.

You can go the Disney World website and retrieve your reservation using the confirmation number and the phone number you gave them.

I've been calling since 7:20 this morning and still getting the busy signal or the all currents are busy, please try your call later. We're almost going on 2 hours. Frustration is building. I'm not even making these reservations for me, they are christmas gifts for my in-laws.

I asked for a 2pm reservation, I figured that would give us enough time to check-in, wait for a table, eat, and stand inline for the show.

Well after calling...57 times..yes 57, (started at 7:45 am, I overslept!!) with a busy signal, the 58th time was a charm. Dh and I got Chefs De France December 9th for the 6:45 show.

That was also being on hold for 35 minutes. Oh and she tried to upsell me the MVMCP tickets, I said no thanks for now.

its insane that people are still getting busy signals and are on hold.

Does everyone really think the illuminations viewing areas are is going to be by restaurant? I enjoyed the area last year. I met a few families from all over the world while waiting. I didnt ask my CM any questions, I wanted to make my ressie and free up the que as quick as possible.
