Hi, Thought I'd share I was able to book my candlelight Processional dinner at Le Cellier using the dining plan. I have a package booked 12/3-12/10 w/dining plan. I had called the other day just to double check when I can make my 90 day reservations and the CM told me the only one I could book now is a candlelight processional package. I jumped on that right away. I was able to choose from any of the levels and use (1) dining credit per person to book. There was no surcharge. The CM said it would have cost me just over $128 but I had to pay nothing since I have the dining plan. :earboy2:

Did they make you put a reserve or guaratee on your credit card?? We are going the same dates as you and I also called to reserve Le Cellier and Candlelight Processional and they made me guarantee with a credit card.

What date are you going? We are going Dec. 7....Jim Kiviezel (sp?)!!!! Yay! I can't wait!

Yes I did have to guarantee w/card but she assured me it will not be charged. I was tickled to be able to do it because I wanted to go to CP and thought the reserve seating would be nice but did not want to pay separate for it since we had the dining plan. She mentioned they just added the CP package to the dining plan last week. We are going the 7th as well. Our ressie is at 530p. It appears you have 2 girls from your screen name. I have 2 boys maybe we can sit them at one table and get a distant table and have a nice Adult dinner.... :earboy2: haha

I know, I also called about 2 weeks ago and was about to just pay for the reservation and then they announced it was on the dining plan now, so I'm glad I waited!! Girl I guess we're we just have the same line of thinking!!

Adult dinner??What the heck is that???? You made me sit here and think...I will be with my kids 24/7 for that week!!! Yikes!! Oh Well what better place than Disney World??

Oh and my ressie is 6:45 candlelight proc. and 8:10 for LeCellier, then after that hopefully we can catch illumation afterwards, but I am not sure the exact time of it yet so not sure about that part yet.

How old's your boys???

When we arrive at Disney the Boys will be 5 & 3. They are getting better about eating out but it can still be a little scary pirate:

I know what you mean about 24/7 in Disney. They've both been several times before but we usually have gigi and pop pop along for help and babysitting. This will be our first solo family trip and I'm already budgeting for a night or 2 of sitting :rotfl:

I think they will enjoy the CP though. They really like "shows" so it should be a good night for them.

Hey jennwdw, I also have ressies at Le Cellier. I originally was told no CP on the dining plan also, but because of reading on another post, found out Disney changed their mind. I have a family of 10, so you can imagine how happy I was to find out about that!!! :cheer2: It would have cost me over 400.00 dollars!! Which I wasnt going to pay! I love all the info from these sites!!   Have a great time. By the way we are going on Christmas Eve and have never been to WDW before. I can't wait! :rotfl:

How are you all getting to do this and I just spent about 20 minutes going round and round with the CM and she kept putting me on hold to check and she finally said that the CP package could not be booked with the dining plan and if I wanted to eat at Le Cellier then it would be just dining and if I wanted to book the package it would be 97 for 2 of us.....no fair that I got the ditz that had to keep checking about it.

Be aware that the CP packages specifically exclude Lobster entrees. Not a big deal, but it does mean no surf and turf if it's avialable at Le Cellier.

Just so you're aware.

I also have Le Cellier CP Package as part of the Dining Plan. The CM at Disney Dining talked me into it. ( It was not on my original list of "must do's"). Now I am excited to experience something new. We have ADR's on THurs. Dec. 8th, also a Jim Cevezil nite.

Ok after realizing I had a sucky CM that didn't know what she was doing, I decided to call back. I got a cheerful :cheer2: , HELPFUL CM that right off the bat told me it's a great idea to do the CP package with the dining plan.
So I got the date I wanted, time I wanted and the CP package at Le Cellier, which is where I planned for my and my honey to dine!
Here's' the problem though....I lied a little and told her that there are 3 in the party cause I remember reading that it's hard to get 2 and from the 1st CM it was hard getting a table for 2 BEFORE she told me that she wouldn't do the CM/dine plan package. SO after I was happy and hung up and thought I'd done good I realized, they booked us for 3 tickets as well. What's the best way to handle this? I thought about calling and canceling one but what if they have to cancel the whole thing and then search again for a table for 2?? HELP! OR should I just go pick up the tickets and give the extra to a random someone? would that work? or could we just not use the 3rd ticket and not be charged for not showing up??? :confused3 ANY COMMENTS will be welcomed!!

Sethsmama - I had the same thing happen when I tried to book a fantasmic pkg on dining plan. I just gave up arguing w/her and figured I call back. We ended up not doing the fantasmic pkg either but instead are doing HDDR. It's my DH bday and he thought he would enjoy that more. Of course it was suppose to be on dining plan but when I checked my statement disney had charged me for it. I had to call back yesterday to get that corrected. The cm said not all cm's are familiar w/ the correct way to book dining plan stuff. What a mess. It's frustrating to me and the cm both when I have to correct the information they have. People get really defensive when they are incorrect and I usually find it easier not to argue and just call back and hopefully get a CM familiar w/everything.

P-dust - actually we will be there on the 8th as well at 530p. I thought it was the 7th orginally but when I called in to do my ADR's I found out I had it wrong and had to change other dates because I was afraid to give up my Le Cellier res.

Did they ask you for your credit card? I think that is why they took credit card numbers, so if people didn't show up they would still get charged. So not only would you get charged, but you would have used an extra meal voucher????? Might be worth an annonymouse ::MickeyMo call??? (Accidently spelled it like that and decided to keep it in there). :rotfl2:
