Due to the popularity of the CP, we always do a CP dining package. I noticed that most of the locations that offer breakfast appears dates/times have not yet been released.

Does anyone know the possible reason(s) why?

More likely they have been booked. A lot of folks have booked the breakfast packages already

I tried to book Garden Grill the first day it was released and continued trying for about two weeks. Then I decided it isn't worth the aggravation, but I am still trying to get a pre park opening Garden Grill breakfast minus the CP package, which I now booked for Via Napoli dinner.

Most people pay OOP for these and breakfast is cheaper.

However, from the first day they were available, there weren't many breakfast packages there. The week of and leading up to Christmas had quite a few, but the first part of Dec didn't have any.

Perhaps for your dates, but over on the Official CP thread, there are quite a few people who got Garden Grill breakfast.

I’ve booked Bon Voyage breakfast CP package. They are difficult to book because there’s no availability for a regular reservation. I booked mine by dropping my regular bon voyage (booked at day 180) with hopes it would appear as a CP package. It did and I was able to rebook it as the package.
So if you see a breakfast reservation open and you have time to check the CP package page, there’s a chance it may show availability.

I’ve also seen availability during Christmas week for breakfast packages.

Keep checking. I was able to grab an 8:35am for Garden Grill. I have seen Akershus available for 8am when I have been checking for a better time for Garden Grill. These will pop up randomly. You just have to keep checking.

Also try signing up for the touring plans reservation finder. It sent me times for Garden Grill, just not times that were early enough.

I booked for christmas eve last year by booking a lunch first (that I would have been more than happy going to) and then I kept checking and finally got a breakfast package with the time/show I wanted. Takes a little work, but you can get something if you keep looking. People change their plans all the time and you need to be lucky when a package shows up
