Add another day to your wait folks, due to some computer issues they won't start booking until 7am on the 16th. My source is a very reliable CM that posts on another board. Maggie
 
Please don't take the personally, but I am going to call tomorrow just in case. (I don't trust Disney LOL!)
 

I became concerned when there was no website update this morning -- this usually precedes availability-- this supports the conjecture that there may be a delay. However my dialing finger is still ready for 7:00.
 
Well I can confirm it. I just called and was told the same info. I'll be uop again at 4 Am tomorrow....
 
Yep :sad2: delayed til tomorrow. Another day of going into work late! Good luck all!
 
Not today "due to technical difficulties" nno date given as projected booking date. So it continues...
 
I do not get it.. why offer it if you cannot book it.. It is like the rabbit and the carrot. Of course you want to book it for when you are there and if you are in the 180 day thing, but you can't.....that is not good.

No, it is not good. And you would think a company like Disney would have better computer systems. :confused3

But as a computer systems professional (lost my amateur status years ago), I have been through many many implementations where you think you have all your i's crossed and t's dotted and you forget one thing that causes the whole thing to go down. Now I have no clue as to what the issue they are having is, but considering they are implementing some changes that are more than just 'slightly different' than last year they must have some major system changes going on. They are being safe than sorry.

Why didn't they find this sooner?? Obviously someone in the testing group was asleep at the wheel (or maybe the upgrade to the system didn't work). But I'd rather they be safe than sorry.

Next time they should do what I do when I install something into production - :badpc:

But I still agree with you - their systems should be better!!
