This is terrible, though no more than I suppose I should expect from Disney IT. I can see availability through the app for Dec 3 and 11, but nothing later in the month. The website is just a spinning circle of doom.

After multiple times of trying on the app, it finally went through for me on December 11th. It kept crashing after picking the dietary restrictions

I was seeing it for some dates (not mine!) when I go into reserve dining, select party and date, and filter results to Epcot. Hope that helps! The candlelight page just keeps crashing for me.

I was able to get what I wanted on 12/3 (3, 4, & 5) were showing up but still nothing on the 6th or 7th. At least, I have 1 of the 2 I wanted. This happens every year and then hours later go back and get what I wanted so not too worried as this is a yearly thing....

In both the app and on the website, I am able to search for reservations and filter by "dining events"

This results in the candlelight processional dining packages showing up on a scattering of days (including those mentioned above). It doesn't seem to be appearing on most days yet though.

No - not the CP page - go to regular dining and then filter to Epcot and you'll see a CP option.

I got Chrissy Metz on the 4th - not my first choice of restaurant, but it's something. I'll try to change it later, but at least I have something

Same here. CP shows in the restaurant list as:

‘EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth – Candlelight Processional Dining Package”​

It’s still not showing on the day I want, Dec. 2.

I got Chefs Du France for Brendan Fraser on 12/12. Still no 12/15 live.
