My arrival day is December 1st, so NPH! could be done! Whoopi is the 2nd and the 3rd.
Who has seen who? I know there will be no con to either of them, but the 1st will require me to get one more park day, added on to my extra OOP for the dining package

I saw Whoopi last year, thought she was great.

I've never been able to get to Disney past mid november so either way i am SUPER EXCITED!!
I would have also like America Ferrera, i think she would be a great narrator, and Daniel Dae Kim would have intrigued me

I've heard both are great! Seen Blair Underwood & he's awesome. I would love to see NPH & Whoopi, but never there during those days/week. I would save the $ on the park ticket & dining package. If $ no object, then doesn't matter or could spend $ to attend MVMCP, if not already in plans.

Saw NPH last year and was great! Just the right mix of entertainment and seriousness. If you get my meaning.

I would personally choose NPH, but I love How I Met Your Mother

I have seen Jim Caviezel (great story about his time as Jesus in Passion of the Christ), Gary Sinise, and Edward James Olmos.

I could have wrote this myself! Our plan is CP on December 3rd and was originally hoping to see NPH as he historically seemed to do the first weekend of December. But when the details came out last week, Whoopi is the narrator for 12/3.

We decided to stick with our original plan because December 1st is our wedding anniversary and we really wanted to do MK with MVMCP. Then it was too much hassle to change all our other days and ADR's around.

So if you have a plan already with ADR's confirmed and it cannot be changed around without faff, I would stick to your original plan. And it will save you an extra park day cost!

I've seen both narrators and I couldn't pick one over the other.

Not sure what time you can get to the park or what extra cost is involved with adding a day's park ticket, but if it's not too bad it would give you more time in the park.

I would even suggest going twice to see each narrator.

We're doing NPH on Nov. 30th, maybe see you there! Just noticed you are arriving a day later :(

I have done both - they were both great! If I had to choose I would go NPH over Whoopi, He was just a better narrator to me. If possible you could do the dining package for one and then just stand back by the American Pavilion for the other, unless you really need to sit down. I have stood by the souvenir cart for a couple of shows it isn't bad, you can hear everything very clearly.

I've only seen Whoopi and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked her. This year I'm going to see NPH on December 1st, which happens to be my birthday. :) I was really glad it worked out that way.

We have seen them both.

If you like a narrator who is really professional and speaks well go with Neal

If you are looking for a more fun vibe I would go with Whoopi - for example I think when we saw Whoopi she said something like ok lets get this show started

I think Neal's voice sounds alot better during the program

Regardless of who you pick I would get in line really early to get a good seat because they are both just so popular I think a lot the pkgs. for them will be sold

The only way Whoopi beats NPH is in the octagon

I haven't seen NPH, but I thing I would have have too many visions of Barney to take him seriously. I saw Whoopi last year and she was great. I love her personal notes at the end.
