How does the Candlelight Processional dinner package work with the basic dining plan? I'm confused about the three tiers. Do you book this at the regular 90 day window? Also, I know you must eat before your CLP but how do they determine which CLP you attend. There are usually three each night, right?

This was the deal in 2008. All packages were 1 TS credit per person - there are no 2 TS restaurants in Epcot. This is regardless of the "tier" to which the restaurants are assigned - this is for the purposes of paying out of pocket, not the dining plan. You do not book at the 90 day window. You can book the packages as soon as they are released for booking.

Note that if you paid for the package with the basic dining plan, it would NOT include an appetizer at a non-buffet. If you pay out of pocket or use deluxe dining credits, the appetizer is included.

We did this in Dec 2008 with Tutto Italia. The tiers are just the different restaurants put into groups. Le Cellier is tier one...etc... When you make your ADR you choose which time you want to go to CP. After you eat you will get a sticker to put on your clothes which shows you have preferred seating. There will be two lines, one preferred and one stand by. We lined up about a half hour before the 5:00 show. I think all the stand by people were able to get in too.

Thank you so much for your responses. Very, very helpful. When do they usually start taking ADRs for this event?

Not sure about this as we booked our trip in late October after getting an offer for a great deal. We didn't have a lot of choices for our restaurant at that point. Maybe call the dining reservation line and check with them.

can you book Le Cellier/candelight processional package using 1 x TS (on the basic plan) and then choose the chef's choice menu (eg get the cheese soup inc??):thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Just got off the phon w/ CM at DDR. I asked when CP dinner packages will begin booking. She said "it has not been announced yet"! I hope this helps answer all of the rumors!

:wizard: :santa:

Do ADRs for CLP follow the same 90 (+10) rule as all other ADRs? We really want Le Cellier and I don't want to miss my best opportunity because I didn't read the fine print so to speak.

I spoke with a CM on Saturday and asked when we would be able to book the Candlelight Processional Dinner package. He said that nothing has been announced, however he believed that we wouldn't be able to book until the 90 day mark and that it will be announced on the Disney website.

i have spoken to 5 different cms now and they all have said it is going to be 90 days like everything else....that STINKS

That's just not right to make us wait 90 days! I'm so ready to book it now!!! :cutie: We did the CP dinner package and ate in France last year. They were so kind to my kids there! We did have to wait about 45 minutes in line even with our CP stickers. It was cold and m kids fell asleep. It had been a long day. My DH and I really enjoyed the show. It was a great way to kick off the Christmas season. :yay:

That is where we want to do it this year( we love Chefs de France:love:)I am a little stressed since our trip is Dec 12-18th and the closer it is to Christmas the harder it is to book.I really am not to picky about who is narrating though and I know alot of people are.
