I believe with DCL you have to call or let your travel agent know.

Ok, thank you! I want to change my date, so hopefully they can just do it all when I can call.

I wish they would change this. There are other cruise lines that let you cancel online.

I called to change the date of my next cruise. I made a mistake in the dates I needed to meet up with friends. It was quick and easy, just told the CM I needed to change to a different cruise and was all done in 10 minutes.

My guess is that this is so you (or someone who is in your account) can't accidentally (or to be mean) cancel.
