cancelling SR scholastic offers

Does anyone have the customer service number for Scholastic?
I signed up for the Phonics reading offer, and haven't received anything at all. They have already charged the second payment to my CC and still no books! Not even the initial trial shipment. (The same thing happened to me with the Scholastic build-a-bear offer.)
I can't find the phone number to call and complain/cancel, etc.
