Cancelling query

If I were to book a room now for 2014 what happens if 4 months before my arrival date I need to cancel - do I get all my points back? I want to weigh up my options.

Sam, the policy is that if you cancel 31 or more days prior to check-in, all of the points used to make the reservation will be returned to your account.

You need to be careful about banking deadlines, though, as depending on your use year, you might find you are too late to bank the returned points.

Thanks sweets - that's brilliant to know - our use year is December and I'm hoping that we'll make a trip next May but I won't know until the New Year but wanted to book now. My banking date is July so this works perfectly
