cancelling or changing rooms??

Silly question, but it has been almost 3 years since our last trip. What is policy regarding cancelling or changing rooms if booked online 9 months out? Is $470 a good rate for Poly Concierge, late Sept. 04?

I just answered my own questions as I went ahead w/ressie and got to "Terms and Cond." I also now know that $470 is the std. rate.
