Cancelling Onboard Activities

Can anyone who has recently cancelled an onboard activity, can you confirm if I select "Cancel Activity", does it give me the option on the next screen to only cancel it for some people, not the whole party? Didn't want to test it out and accidentally cancel it for all.
 
Maybe you can test it? If there is anything left of any sort to book--spa treatment? Book 2 people,hit cancel activity and see what happens.
I can't find anything to try that works, they conflict with another reservation. Spa doesn't work because they are for 1 person.

I did try it for a Couples Choice in the spa since that requires 2, and I only had an option to Keep or Cancel.

So weird. Yeah, I just tried it for a port adventure in Grand Cayman since we have nothing booked that day. Booked 2 adults and when I hit cancel it says keep or cancel. If I hit cancel it cancels it for everyone. Also tried it for a tasting, same thing. Tested it out on both phone and tablet, same results,cancels the activity for everyone.
 
So much for Disney's web team, whole told my TA that I could modify it. They went through the whole "clear your cookies yadayadayada" speel which was worthless.
 
I had luck calling and working through the Website Resolutions Team. I had about a 3 hour wait - and that was before the IT maintenance….

Not sure if that’s something you could email and request. I know some on the boards have had luck with email on various requests/changes. Might be worth a shot if you don’t want to wait on the phone!

That was the team who was on the phone telling my TA I could make the change to drop one person myself. If I have time I will call. I can wait until April when hopefully things settle down a bit.
 
Can anyone confirm that if I call, an agent can cancel an activity for one person and schedule them for another (swinging my mom from a tasting she has booked with others in our party to the Princess tea with me and her granddaughters - tea still has room).
 
You are taking a chance but you can probably cancel and rebook right away. The odds that someone on your sailing is looking at the same activity on the same day at the same time that you cancel is small

I was thinking of this but so afraid it won’t work!
