Ok, so we decided to cancel our tickets and my husbands adventure went something like this;
Hubby: Hi there, I'd like to talk to someone about cancelling our tickets.
CSR: Ok sir, let me get all your information.
Hubby: *Gives him all our info*
CSR: Ok Sir, can you hold while I check our cancellation policy?
Hubby: Sure.
*Click* CSR hangs up on hubby
Hubby calls back and goes through the same speil again, and once again *click* he gets hung up on!!
At this point my, normally, sweet husband is fed up. He calls back one last time and tells the newest CSR guy to please not hang up on him and we want to cancel our tickets. The CSR was really good and got all the info in and didnt hang up on my hubby

, at the end of the convo myhubby asks for a confirmation email to be sent to our email (same email they have been sending stuff to for 2 months) and the CSR tells him he should receive it within the hour......... waiting............waiting..............still waiting............
Well, its been 16 hours and still no confirmation email

Hubby will be calling back later to find out where our cancellation confirmation ended up.
