Cancelling a Ressie @ Dolphin - Give it Away??

I've got 3 rooms booked at Dolphin in early March at the Teacher's Rate, and I'm PROBABLY going to cancel one from Fri, 3/5 through Sun. 3/8. If so, could I 'sign it over' to someone else, or do cancellations just go back in the pot for the general public?
