Cancelling a MYW Package

My sis has a MYW Package reserved for my family. If we make ADRs then choose to cancel her package for a new one (for FD) will we lose those ADRs or is that a separate thing?

dining reservations are not linked to your room reservation. I made ADR's while booked at the Wilderness Lodge then transferred my room to the Contemporary and then again to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It did not affect my dining at all.
