Cancelled trip ticket options

My sister just had to cancel her trip for later this month. She was staying off site and purchased three 2 day one park tickets. I am almost positive that she won't be able to get a refund for her tickets, but can they be transferred to someone else? We have a group of friends going later this year and family going this summer that may possibly be able to take her tickets if they can be transferred. Does she have any other options? Thanks in advance for your help!

If her tickets are linked to her MDE account, she can link up to a friend's MDE account and Reassign the tickets to the friends.

The friends will need to access the tickets by linking MagicBands to the MDE accounts, or, will need to stop by a Guest Relations booth and have plastic tickets issued.
